Order processing time
We want to make sure that you get your items as quickly as possible. We process our orders within maximum 24 hours and shipped the next day. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Cancel order / Changes
If for any reason you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can cancel your order 24 hours after you placed it. We process and ship the orders very quickly, so if you contact us after we already sent your package, we can not make any change or cancel it. Be aware that packages that are in transit to the destination cannot be canceled.
How to order?
- Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.
- Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”
- Check your order and if everything is right click "Shipping Address".
- In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method"
- Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen
- Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.
If you do not receive your order details, most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice if tracking is available.

IMPORTANT: Please, make sure that you provide us all the information about your shipping address as follow: Full Name, Full Address, State o Province, City or Condado, Zip Code and Country. We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
How can I track my order?
We will e-mail you the tracking number as soon as the items are fulfilled, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. If you did not receive it, you can check if it is in the spam/junk folder. If the email was not sent please contact us and we will double check your order and send you the tracking number.
NOTE: Shipping to some countries does not have a tracking number available.
Depending on your country of delivery, you can track your order using the track number We will send by e-mail.
Depending on where you live, most of the times the orders will be delivered by your local post service, therefore the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to let you know how and where your package can be collected.
Why is my order stuck in transit?
Occasionally, orders do get delayed when entered the country. With inspections and customs packages can be stuck for up to 4 weeks with no updates to the tracking. This is fairly uncommon, but it does happen. If your order is stuck and hasn't moved for several days, unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done to get it moving again, besides simply waiting it out.
Please contact Customer Service to inform us that you did not receive the package. After we will contact the courier company to make sure the package is lost, we will refund your money or resend the items.
